What is a Zara-style envelope?

Can the envelope be resealed more than once?
The second adhesive strip is normally intended for one additional closure when returning the order. It is not designed as a repeatedly open-and-close fastening system.
Can all three strips be applied in one production pass?

Can the applicators be installed on an existing line?
